Refund and Exchange

We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased in the last 30 days. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Please follow these simple steps. We can only refund or replace UNOPENED boxes.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Email us at nutraglow2020@gmail.com with the information below.

• Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email). If you happen to order via Facebook Page, just present your Complete name and we will search it manually.
• Items needed for refund.
• Reasons for refund.
• Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.

2. Send the items back via your chosen courier (at your cost) to 506 Progress Homes Subd., Canaman, Camarines Sur along with your receipt if possible.

3. Your refund will be processed in 24-48 hours after we received your items.
